In the poem " If ", Rudyard Kipling showed us the way to be. Brimming with hope.
But In today's context though, the word " If " is shrouded with so much uncertainty.
Inching back to a new normal, we are now all sons and daughters, who need all the support we can get, in order to BE the support we ought to be.
If you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run, Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it, And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!
As designers, we have a new responsibility waiting to be met.
The scope for design to influence interaction, communication and response, has amplified.
Considering the minimal one-to-one interactions, our visual vocabulary is a significant way to convey hope, trust and empathy.
This is not only rings true in social settings, but also for business scenarios.
